REFUND POLICY.
The basics
If we have to close because of any restrictions, We do not give refunds, however we will give you a full credit with no expiry date to use another time.

If you do not arrive for your booking and fail to inform us of a travel delay etc your credit will not apply.
​
Payments are non-refundable, but we will issue you with a credit against a future booking should you need to cancel (minimum of 5 days notice required)
​
Credits do not apply long weekends, events held at Piha, early departures and between the 25 Dec to the 14 Jan
